My friend bought a Cultus VXRi CNG in Feb 2008 with a lot of hopes.
The car gave him many problems initially relating to CNG and the tensional bearings (whatever they are) and some other finishing problems.
My friend paid almost 20 visits to Pak Suzuki since buying the car and finally yesterday what he came to know was really shocking.
There was a new manager at the showroom and when my friend threw out all his frustration at him, the manager asked him to tell him, his car's engine and chassis number. The manager searched the record in his database and what came out was that this car had its engine OVERHAULED twice in 2007 and was simple VX Petrol, and the showroom please converted it to VXRi CNG.
The manager being a new one mistakenly gave my friend all this information and later on found himself in trouble.
This is what is going on at Pak Suzuki.
